Just before the end of a year full of successes, Blagoje Antic, the founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO of the internationally active construction and real estate group DHG Holding AG, was honored in a special way. Invited as a VIP guest by Goran Bradić, the Serbian ambassador, and Weltwoche editor-in-chief Roger Köppel, Antic had the opportunity to meet with the President of the Republic of Serbia. The two compatriots discussed Serbia’s growing international significance and the important relationship between Switzerland and Serbia.

"I am extraordinarily pleased that my homeland receives such great recognition internationally, especially here in Switzerland," said Antic. "DHG Holding is committed to supporting the strengthening of economic ties between Switzerland and Serbia. Our Group is ready to serve as a key player in fostering collaboration and growth, as well as exploring new investment opportunities by bringing its extensive expertise and global experience to the Serbian real estate sector."

Successful National and International Business Development

Over a period of more than 30 years, the Serbian-born entrepreneur has built DHG Holding AG into an internationally dynamic and expanding construction and real estate group headquartered in Zurich. In Switzerland, the family-owned company boasts an impressive track record, with over 2.5 million square meters successfully developed and constructed and 300 completed projects.

Building on this strong foundation, DHG is expanding its global footprint. In Dubai, the Group is currently constructing the 'Helvetia Residences,' a flagship development progressing rapidly, with new projects being planned in prime locations such as Meydan and Dubai Island.

Looking towards the future, the company is directing its focus on the dynamically growing Serbian market. In the capital city of Belgrade, DHG Holding is planning investments exceeding €200 million in new development projects, aiming to bring its Swiss quality standards and international expertise to Serbia's thriving real estate sector.
